Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us through our contact page.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us for the return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
